Customer Identity Management Solutions
why business use identity management?
Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) is a specialized form of Identity and Access Management that focuses on managing and securing customer identities. It enables businesses to offer their customers a seamless, personalized experience by facilitating user registration, authentication, profile management, and consent handling. For instance, on an e-commerce site, CIAM allows users to sign up, manage their profiles, make secure purchases with multi-factor authentication, and set marketing preferences. This ensures a smooth user experience while maintaining high security and compliance standards.

From BADIE DESIGNSRainbowSecure has made my life easier. It's unbelievably convenient. Now all of my work is centralized. Earlier, I was using GoDaddy's email and security services. I had to manage over 10+ application accounts with different usernames and passwords. It was frustrating, but RainbowSecure is a game-changer.

What is identity management?
Firstly the user tries to get access to their desired application/website. These apps/websites are from the Service Provider.1. The application/website (Service Provider) redirects the SSO request to Identity Provider for authentication.2. The user tries to sign in with his Identity Provider credentials.3. Once IDP authentication gets successful, Identity Provider (IDP) sends back the Single Sign-On response to the Service Provider.4. Getting On the SSO Response, the user is granted access to log in and access the resource or application.5. Here the user can access all the other apps/websites from the Service Provider which are pre-configured for SSO (Single Sign-On).
Three steps: evaluate risk, decide trust, enforce the right challenge.
Rainbow Secure Adaptive MFA reduces friction when things look normal — and steps up security the moment risk changes.
Evaluate context in real time
Analyze device trust, geo-location, time, login velocity, and behavior signals at login — and again during the session.
Assign risk automatically
Low risk = seamless. Medium risk = step-up. High risk = block + alert. Policies are configurable by role, app, and group.
Enforce the right challenge
Trigger interactive verification, OTP methods, or conditional controls only when needed — attackers can’t replay what they can’t replicate.
